PMO Manager – five day training course
This five-day course covers the PMO basics, with the final two-day focus on management and team leading
Program: PMO manager
Duration: 5 days (3 days PMO Foundation is a prerequisite, and 2 days on management and team leading)
Syllabus: Leading project teams, communications, planning, quality and control, documentation, organising, planning and control of benefits.
Aims and objectives: Upon completing this course, participants should be able to lead a PMO function.

Beba has a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from South Bank University, 25 years of experience in consulting, and long-standing experience as a lecturer at several London Universities. In various consulting positions, she has successfully carried out complicated projects, put unsuccessful projects back on the right path, created a vast number of project management teams, and trained many sectors in numerous industries.
